This annual event has become one of the highlights of the ECTA calendar —recognising and rewarding trainees who go above and beyond, demonstrating commitment, initiative, and excellence in everything they do. Our awards celebrate all trainees — not just those on formal training schemes orworking on-site, but anyone making a positive contribution to their team and thewider industry.
