After the incredible success of last year’s event, we’re thrilled to announce the return of the EB Training Excellent Trainee Awards — a celebration of new talent and achievement in the construction industry across our region!

This annual event has become one of the highlights of the EB Training calendar -recognising and rewarding trainees who go above and beyond, demonstrating commitment, initiative, and excellence in everything they do. Our awards celebrate all trainees — not just those on formal training schemes or working on-site, but anyone making a positive contribution to their team and the wider industry.

This is an invite‑only celebration, bringing together our members, their guests, and sponsors to champion new talent across the industry.
