Construction & Green Skills Careers Fair 2026

Tendring District Council and Colchester City Council are working together to coordinate a Construction & Green Skills Careers Fair on 24th April at the Venture Centre, Lawford. We are looking for exhibitors who are passionate about inspiring and raising aspirations of the next generation of skilled workers.

We’re bringing together employers and training providers working across construction, retrofitting, renewables, sustainable technologies, and wider green skills to support the delivery of the fair. The event aims to connect local jobseekers, students, and those looking to retrain with organisations shaping the future of the sector. Exhibitors are encouraged to showcase their work, highlight career pathways, and speak directly with attendees exploring opportunities within the industry.

Exhibiting is completely free of charge, and we will also be providing a complimentary breakfast on arrival for all exhibitors!
